I’m action oriented and results driven. I am motivated to deliver our clients the outcomes they desire by gathering the right information to drive and develop strategy. A collaborative partnership with my clients is my ultimate goal, giving us the opportunity to grow and learn together as a team.
I’m a native Floridian. I’ve resided in Maryland for the past 23 years. I am a proud graduate of Florida A&M University, and member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. My professional career spans over 20 years of executive level technology sales experience in the healthcare industry.
What is a typical day at The Decision Co. like for you?
A typical day for me is engaging with clients or potential clients to help them find ways that The Decision Co. can partner with them to achieve their goals.
What motivated you to select this career path?
It is in my DNA. My father liked to talk a lot, and it rubbed off on me. I enjoy building relationships and I have a genuine interest in others. A career in building partnerships was a natural fit.
Who is someone you admire?
There are far too many people to name, but first and foremost, it would be my parents. They taught me the value and importance of hard work, character, responsibility, and integrity. They taught me that those things are priceless and can never be taken away.
I admire people who are inspirational and transformational about changes to the status quo.
Do you have any skills or talents that people don’t know about?
I’m an avid motorcycle enthusiast and I ride a sportbike.
