VICTORIA WADDAIL

SR. DIRECTOR, RESEARCH & ANALYSIS

With hundreds of surveys under her belt, Victoria loves the smell of fresh crosstabs in the morning. A fierce athlete on the field hockey field (& #pelotonmoms), she brings that same competitive spirit to get clients the answers they seek. After majoring in math and politics, Victoria found out she could get paid to do this and never looked back.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever been given?
The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is…everyone puts their pants on the same way: one leg at a time. (thanks Dad!)

Who is someone you admire?
Peggy Noonan

What is your most significant accomplishment as a professional?
Without getting too specific, clear feedback from a client that we helped them achieve their goals—whether that’s winning an election, advancing a policy, or making a strategic business decision.

What motivated you to select this career path?
I was a math and politics double-major in college, and when I realized that survey research could be a career, I never really looked back. I love the opportunity to work with both sides of my brain.
