The Decision Co. is proud to announce that we have acquired a controlling interest in response: AI, an industry-leading market research company. This acquisition enables us to provide an automated, AI-driven capability for corporate insights generation through survey research. We are excited about the possibilities this partnership brings and cannot wait to provide more options to our clients.

Fred Barber joins us as Vice-President. With over 25 years experience, Fred served as Chief Analytics Officer for MXM, a leading content marketing agency. He has managed analytic services for such clients as Fiat Chrysler, Volkswagen, Kraft, Heinz, Nestle, Toshiba, Nationwide Insurance, Allergan, Home Depot and TGI Fridays. Fred has served on Client Advisory Boards for SPSS and Experian. He is a recognized expert in market segmentation and enterprise predictive analytics. Fred started as a researcher for Dow Jones – American Demographics and progressed through increasingly complex leadership roles in market research and analytics firms worldwide.
Claire Bierzynski joins us as a Marketing Coordinator. She has been working alongside Fred for several years and brings a wealth of knowledge and an infusion of creativity to our marketing team. In addition to her marketing role, Claire is also responsible for response:AI platform user training, video editing, and social media survey respondent targeting.
